Senior Architectural Designer-Architect-Architecture- Architectural Design-Registered ArchitectOur architectural client in the local area is actively seeking an experienced Architect with an eye for detail, who can utilize their industry expertise, design abilities, and technical acumen to drive projects from concept through construction. Centrally located, accessible from Philadelphia, the surrounding suburbs, and South Jersey.Job Duties:Participate in all project phases, with a primary focus on design development, construction documents, and construction administration.Provide design and documentation for a variety of project types.Lead periodic project meetings and presentations.Ensure client(s) are kept aware of project progress.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s requirements, standards, and completion policies.Assist in the design development, modification, and/or review of project concepts and solutions.Assist in establishing overall project budgets and milestone schedules.Communicate planning concepts to project teams.Ensure all work meets the client requirements & specifications.Deliver high-quality and timely products to clients.Anticipate and develop innovative solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.Mentor junior team members where appropriate.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited college or university; master’s degree a plus.US Architectural license (RA) or tracking towards licensure.Minimum of seven (7) or more years of experience in an architectural practice (ten (10+) years a plus).Portfolio of work experience within the commercial, healthcare, medical, academic & higher education, hotels, restaurants, theaters, museums, or corporate offices practice areas.Experienced in programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other 3D visualization tools.U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.Strong people skills and ability to effectively interact & communicate with clients, colleagues, and other project personnel.An interest in sustainability and high-performance buildings.Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.Strong working knowledge of building codes, standards, and accessibility requirements.Experience in construction administration.A collaborative and team-oriented mentality.***All communications & inquiries are 100% confidential***Please send a current copy of your resume and portfolio link for consideration to
