Duties
Oversee the legal strategy for receivership and partition cases, working closely with other attorneys and project managers.Represent the appointed Receiver at court hearings and handle courtroom proceedings.Draft legal documents, including motions, status reports, and ex parte applications.Act as the main point of contact for counsel, vendors, and third-party stakeholders.Draft various real estate, finance, and business transactional documents.Conduct property inspections, business takeovers, and site visits as needed.Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of in-court litigation experience.Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.Ability to multi-task and manage a portfolio of cases effectively.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Licensed to practice law in California.Skills
Proficient in legal research using platforms like Westlaw or LexisNexis.Knowledge of real estate, construction, and/or accounting is preferred.Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
