A leading personal injury law firm in Chicago is seeking an experienced Intake Department Co-Leader to manage our intake team alongside another leader. We specialize in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, workers' compensation, and medical malpractice. Our firm is committed to providing compassionate, effective legal services to our clients.Position Overview:
The Intake Department Co-Leader will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 intake professionals, taking incoming calls from prospective clients, advising team members, and ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to signed cases. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in personal injury law who is looking to transition into a leadership role by setting an example through their hard work and dedication.Key Responsibilities:Co-lead and manage the intake department, consisting of 8-10 team members.Take and respond to incoming calls from prospective clients.Advise and mentor intake team members to enhance their performance.Convert leads into signed clients by ensuring a high level of empathy and understanding during client interactions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client intake process.Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead the team by example.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience AS A LAWYER in personal injury or workers' compensation law.A desire to manage a team by setting an example through hard work.Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy.Experience with CRM systems is beneficial but not required.Compensation:Salary range: $100,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience.Bonus structure based on team leadership and individual production.Full benefits package.Career Opportunity:
