Reporting to the Vice President of Facilities and Construction, this position has overall responsibility for strategic sourcing/contracting, warehouse operations and inventory management, supply chain information systems, mailroom and print shop. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, the planning and development of and directing supply chain strategy. Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing guidance and support to staff. Leverage technology to enhance supply chain efficiency, including ERP systems and data analytics tools. Participates and/or leads workgroups to drive organizational initiatives. Leads value analysis teams and provides support to leadership in evaluation of supply standardization opportunities. Leads division process improvement, staff development and succession planning. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and maintain quality standards. This role involves strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration across departments to optimize supply chain operations and improve patient care outcomes.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum seven (7) years in supply chain experience leading non labor cost reduction, inventory management optimization and business process redesign initiatives or equivalent requiredMinimum five (5) years management experience requiredEDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

College degree - 4 year in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or health field requiredMaster's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field preferredCertified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) preferred
