Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst

Responsibilities & Requirements: The SFMC Business Analyst is a business consultant focused on the use and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for patient and healthcare professional marketing. Work with the client to understand and gather requirements Present functional specifications to stakeholders for review/acceptance and compliance with requirements Lead backlog refinement and organize meeting by defining, grooming, and prioritizing user stories Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs 7+ years of professional experience, 2+ in SFMC Must have excellent communication skills as this is a customer facing role Experience with Interaction Studio and Data Cloud would be nice to have Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience using tools like Jira and Confluence is required
