The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology.
What You'll DoDevelop and implement change management and operating model solutions for large-scale projects, aligning them with organizational business strategies.Conduct diagnostics and utilize human-centered design techniques to understand people, process, and technology changes and ensure targeted future experiences and ways of working.Build complex change networks and functions and integrate employee experience strategies.Coach and guide clients in leading change efforts, deploying strategic leadership alignment sessions.Define, track, and analyze performance metrics while identifying and mitigating people-related risks.Lead teams, interact with senior-level clients, and work with Director-level clients and SMEs.Provide thought leadership in change management and organizational design and mentor other team members.Locality Requirement:
Expected on-site during the project (at beginning and toward the end)
Overview : Client needs to select an ERP tool to replace their outdated applications. This is a 22 week project to guide them through an RFP and selection process.
Responsibilities:
Change Lead to determine change needs and change strategy for ERP implementation as ERP process mapping and vendor selection takes place.Will require some onsite travel in Raleigh, NC.What You'll Bring
Experience implementing and leading structured organizational change management, inclusive of communications, engagement, and learning.Experience in developing role descriptions, role mapping, and creating personas and user journeys.Experience conducting current state assessments to determine organizational readiness for an enterprise transformation.Comfortability navigating ambiguity and interfacing directly with clients.Ability to lead the design and facilitation of alignment sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives, and key results.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
