Title:

Organizational Strategist (Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal)

What You'll DoFacilitate strategic planning sessions for team and leadership alignment.Assess, design and implement organizational design solutions, aligned with business strategies.Develop and implement change management solutions to support execution and enablement efforts of organizational changes and new ways of working.Guide workforce planning assessments and integrated employee experience strategies.Lead teams, interact with senior-level clients, and work with Director-level clients and SMEs.Provide thought leadership in change management and organizational design and mentor other team members.What You'll Bring

Experience with stakeholder alignment and organizational assessments.Experience with workforce planning, designing and executing org transformational strategies.Experience implementing change management solutions, inclusive of communications, engagement, and learning.Experience in creating personas, user journeys, role descriptions, and role mapping.Comfortability navigating ambiguity and interfacing directly with clients.Ability to be onsite in greater Boston area for 1-3 days per week.
