Business Systems Analyst
to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate workflow documentation. Document current and future state workflows, processes, and procedures. Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement or automation. Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Collaborate with Project and IT teams to prioritize enhancements and changes based on business needs. Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams or delivery teams. Assist in the implementation and testing of IT applications and systems. Provide user support and training on IT applications. Troubleshoot issues related to applications and escalate as necessary. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis. Conduct analysis to identify inefficiencies in business processes. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and foster collaboration. Create functional specifications and user stories for IT development teams. Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards and best practices. Maintain documentation repositories and version control for workflows. Position Requirements: Technical skills with the ability to refactor intake tools while helping with software testing, tool selection and implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of IT applications and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus. Conde Group
