We need a very Senior BA/SME with CIB exp( Global debt finance/wholesale lending)BA/PM for CIB and Global Debt finance. Looking for someone who can manage stakeholder relationships, and able to kickstart projects, identify the risks and complete the project on time. Proactive and able to learn client's culture quickly. Create and manage proposal and ability to discover and learn.

10+ Years experience in software development and implementation projects, working the way up to project management, developed preferably in, but not limited to, the banking sector.University graduate, preferably from a technical background (but not limited), for example: computer science, engineering, physics.SKILLS:

Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and IT functionsKnowledge of functional and technical architectureBasic knowledge of operational risk management, data management and information security managementKnowledge of banking, specifically CIB and preferably Global Debt Financing products and Credit Risk Management: ability to understand requirements from business stakeholders, ask questions to extract the desired functionality.MS Office practitioner, including Excel, Word and PowerpointExcellent English communication skillsExcellent coordination skills: self-starter, proactive attitude towards tracking and reporting project activities.FUNCTIONS:

Own execution of IT Project Management Deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):Technical solution definition:identify all applications and integrations required to support any given business product or transactionidentify required functionalities by talking to the business stakeholdersidentify data flowsdevelop functional and technical architecture documentationdevelop technical specifications for the required functionalitycoordinate the inputs from the different stakeholders involvedTechnical Implementation:Ensure all the resources required are in place for the different phases: human resources, technical environments, connectivity.Follow-up of development activities with different stakeholdersPlan and coordinate SITPrepare documentation for internal change and release management activities.Prepare and execute handover to IT Operations and SupportRisk Reviews: completing forms, gather documentation, coordinate stakeholders, attend review forums, manage exception requests as needed.
