Job Description

Responsibility

Responsible for managing projects and/or process to deliver business results

Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, to multiple levels of management, business partners, agent banks, and clientsStrong relationship management, partnership and negotiation skillsResearching, documenting and maintaining Federal, State and other regulatory requirements that apply to business unit, raising updates with Legal and Management and ensuring procedures impacted by requirements are addressed if/as necessaryProvide back-up production support to operation supporting roles as necessary

May manage direct reports or the work of others

Facilitate meetings (with representatives, as appropriate, from line of business, Legal, Compliance, Client, Safekeeping Agent) when questions arise- Lead or participate in partner meetings with business partners, clients, technologyWork with team members, bankers and other internal partners to identify client needs, relay team initiatives, and provide training if/as requiredPromote a strong control environment to evaluate, manage and conduct new and existing business opportunities to risk/control expectations, procedures and processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Commercial Banking knowledgeSolid understanding of margin Lending and collateral managementBachelors, Masters or advanced degree in finance, operations or business administration, with a law degree a significant plusAbility to work collaboratively and build consensus . Ability to work in fast paced, deadline orientated, environmentDemonstrate initiative in understanding a complex process environment, and ability to apply continuous improvement process re-visioning to surface process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Strong organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical, planning, problem solving and strategic and critical thinking skills . Leveraging business knowledge and/or technical expertise to help solve problems and improve business results. Collaborating with internal business partners to develop and implement solutions.Evaluating among various options, considering risk and impact on the organization, and taking ownership for choosing a course of action.
