Job Description:
v As a Senior Analyst specializing in Auto Lending, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing various aspects of the auto lending lifecycle, including originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and Various stake holders including Business users, product managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful implementation of auto lending solutions.
v Gather and analyze business requirements - Work closely with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements related to auto lending products, processes, and systems. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for business process enhancements.
v Also, analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management within the auto lending domain.

v - Collaborate with collections teams to identify early warning signs, implement proactive collection strategies, and explore repayment assistance programs.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
v - Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.
v - Perform audits and reviews of auto lending processes, documentation, and system controls.
v - Provide recommendations for process improvements and oversee the implementation of remediation plans.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
v - Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to auto lending operations, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity.
v - Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and portfolio performance.
v - Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, establish data governance protocols, and support data-driven decision-making.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Requirements for the Role:
v - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or an MBA/related field.
v - A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
v - 5+ years of working experience in the auto lending industry, specifically in the areas of originations, servicing, payments, collections, and quality assurance.
v - Strong knowledge of auto lending products, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
v - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
v - Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis software.
v - Experience in developing and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
v - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
v - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
