What We Offer
$25.51-$32.49/hour DOE$4,000 sign-on bonus & $2,000 bonus
at 12 months of employmentAdditional pay for your bilingual skills100% employer-paid health insurance including medical, dental, vision, Rx, 24/7 telemedicineProfit sharing & 403(b) retirement plan availableGenerous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and much more!Work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 4 10-hour shifts with 1 hour break for lunchWhat You'll Do:
As an Expanded Function Dental Assistant with us, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch dental care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to utilize your expanded skill set to assist with a variety of advanced dental procedures, working closely with our experienced dental professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)EFDA certification within 90 days of employment requiredCPR & BLS CertificationBilingual (English/Spanish) required at level 10Basic knowledge of medical/dental terminology, dental anatomy, dental materials/instruments, infection control techniques, and oral health care instructionAbility to perform four-handed dental assisting, including instrument transfer, oral evacuation, cement mixing, and spatulationStrong level of manual dexterity and coordination. Ability to effectively interact professionally with various patients of all ages and employeesBasic proficiency in an Electronic Dental Record (EDR), Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelOur mission celebrates diversity.
