Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced meat carvers to work events such as weddings, meetings, seminars, birthday parties etc.

A meat carver is a culinary professional who specializes in serving various types of meat. Duties Include-

Using proper cutting techniques for beef, lamb, fish and pork.Carve precise cuts of meat using carving knives.Disjointing roasts and poultry, slicing uniform pieces of meat and arranging individual portions on plates.Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods of timeMust have experience as a carver and able to work without supervisionMust wear all black pants, black polo shirt and black shoes
