You and Your Job
A Senior Accountant can achieve success in their role by collaborating with others and adhering to robust internal controls established in their procedures to help ensure financial accuracy and deliver high quality results.
The Senior Accountant assists in the following areas for all North American entities: month end close, journal entries and preparing certifications, ledger analysis, lease accounting, Input Finance product control, insurance commissions accounting, intercompany accounting and settlement, fixed asset accounting, cash clearing and general ledger data quality remediation. In addition, this position assists with periodic head office reporting to Rabobank International and other special projects as deemed appropriate. They are also responsible for maintaining adequate internal controls to deliver high quality financial results, which helps Rabobank continue to be a Rock-Solid Bank.
Job ResponsibilitiesCompile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions, including those more complex in nature.Prepare account reconciliations with appropriate support. Investigate and resolve reconciling items.Complete month end tasks to meet month end close timelines.Assist with internal and external data preparation and reporting.Review and analyze financial information to respond to inquiries from other departments as assigned.Your Promise to Us:

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
