Role Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager works with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver talent solutions that improve business results for their assigned function(s) and/or region(s). This position will create and oversee talent acquisition strategy and execution including talent acquisition programs, metrics, tools and sourcing strategies. In addition, this person will provide subject matter expertise and will mentor and manage other members of the Talent Acquisition team. TALENT ACCQUISITION MANAGEMENT FAMILY - CORE
Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive talent processes and human capital strategy for a broad cross section of the businessPartners with business leaders to develop sourcing strategies and solutions that deliver a pipeline of talent to meet emerging business needs and address anticipated talent gapsGathers and shares information with candidates throughout the recruitment process to position the company to successfully hire the individualLeads the selection team (hiring manager, interviewer, HR Director and HR Coordinator) and ensures that everyone is aligned and executing toward the desired outcomeOversees the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews and gathering candidate and management feedbackDeploys interviewing and screening techniques to validate past behaviors and determine fit for the organization in order to accurately match candidates to given positions within the organization; markets individuals to decision makersManages recruitment procedures, metrics and tools to deliver an efficient, effective process and ensure positive hiring manager and candidate experiencesParticipates in the development of the enterprise recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy; leverages best practices and technologies to widen potential talent pool and develops and nurtures a network of contacts inside and outside the organization to identify top talentStays current on hiring trends, competitor information and employment market conditionsFosters seamless collaboration across the geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team to ensure ongoing organizational alignmentParticipates in and may lead the development and implementation of internal communication project plans and provides guidance to HRBPs and Business Leaders as appropriateKey Role Responsibilities - Additional Core

Develops and presents business reviews and strategy related to talent acquisition efforts to functional leadersEffectively interfaces with members of the executive and people leadership teamsLeads and coaches others on the execution of enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition projectsActs as subject matter expert, knowing the job, company, industry, competition and market to successfully assess talentMaintains a seat at the business table and effectively influence business leaders on strategic, talent related issuesMay lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals engaged in high volume recruitment for professional level rolesDirectly manages recruiting efforts for requisitions at all levels of the organizationCreates best practices for recruiting hard-to-fill or niche roles, guides hiring teams on best practicesSupports the Talent Acquisition leadership team in evolving the enterprise talent acquisition strategy as neededKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
