Overview
Oak View Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role will be critical in managing the CEO's and COO's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills, capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. They will play a key role in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, managing calendars, and facilitating key projects, enabling the CEO and COO to focus on strategic business objectives.
This role will pay a salary between $95,000 and $115,000.

Responsibilities Calendar management/scheduling. Arrange travel and travel-related activities. Liaise with crew and contacts for private travel. Process expense reports. Manage contacts. Ability to make independent informed decisions in the absence of the CEO or COO. Ownership of key strategic projects. Manage correspondence such as invites, emails, and calls. Prepare documents and agendas for meetings, conferences, and events. Ability and readiness to travel with CEO and COO to various appointments, meetings, etc., sometimes on short notice. Provide support on personal matters (gifting, family matters, contacts). Be flexible and on-call 24/7 to handle any unexpected issues. Quickly develop the ability to intuitively understand the needs of the CEO and COO. Qualifications
5 or more years in an EA role supporting multiple C-Level executives simultaneously. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible team player with constant desire to do what it takes to get the job done. No task is too big or too small mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Professional attitude and ability to be resourceful. Outstanding organizational skills. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Proactive mindset and a fast problem solver. Use discretion and confidentiality in all C-Level matters. Proficient computer skills. Superior MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
