Job Description
The Position
This position is within Global Artwork department within Supply Chain Management Center of Excellence (CoE) and will be assigned to perform various tasks related to the Artwork Management System and will act as a System Admin Support. Primary activities include, but are not limited to:
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support to system users in response to their queries that arrive in the daily Global Support Inbox.Collaborate with Business Technology and vendor to implement System solutions and upgrades.Work on defining project plans and monitor progress of the milestones by timeline.Execute UAT testing and all related documentation for a change control.Owns a small portfolio and all operational activities associated with service request.Required Education, Experience and Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.At least three (3) years in an application support role, working with SAAS or internally hosted systems.Experience with various technology systems (ServiceNow) and services.Experience working independently and managing projects.Experience with SaaS implementation and maintenance.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence peers.Experience with agile ways of working to ensure management and governance of this way of working across the division.Collaboration and Partnering: Demonstrates advanced ability to work in partnership with others (internally and externally) to accomplish quality goals.Communication Skills: Demonstrates strong communications skills to convey and receive information in English. Demonstrates advanced oral and written communications skills. Demonstrates good presentation skills.Project Management: Demonstrates strong skills in the ability to organize work efforts, prioritize tasks and utilize appropriate resources to support AMS activities in accordance with timelines and appropriate regulations.
