This is an excellent chance for a compassionate Neurology Physician interested in a dedicated outpatient practice setting, working primarily with adult patients and focusing on ALS care.Position Highlights
Start Date : Beginning January 2025Practice Setting : Outpatient ALS-focused neurology officePatient Demographics : 100% adult, outpatient careDaily Patient Load : Expect to see an average of 6-7 patients per daySchedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour daysOn-Call and Weekend Requirements : NoneEMR System : EpicRequirements
Licensure : Active New York State medical license requiredBoard Certification/Eligibility : Neurology, Palliative Care, Hospice, Physiatry, or Internal Medicine with ALS experienceCertifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Special Experience : ALS expertise is a key requirement for this roleCompensation : Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications, with a conversion fee cap of $25k for a transition to permanentReimbursements and Support
Travel Assistance : Facility will cover hotel accommodations and rental car expenses for the duration of the assignment.Credentialing Fees : Please note, application and credentialing fees are not reimbursed.Required Documentation for Application
