The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the outpatient mental health clinic. This role involves managing staff, implementing clinical programs, and ensuring quality care delivery. While based in Baltimore, MD, some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Clinical Leadership and Supervision skills Experience in Program Development and Implementation Knowledge of Perinatal Mental Health and Grief Counseling Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work in a Hybrid setting Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) preferred Experience working with diverse populations Seniority Level:
