We are currently looking to add a Programmer Analyst to our growing Technology team. The Programmer Analyst reviews and interprets the needs of the user/business providing technical support for the Information Technology department, such as coding, designing, implementing and debugging programs in general, at the direction of the Software Development Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes end-user needs and develops user-oriented solutions which interface with existing applicationsDesigns the systems or programs and coordinates the review of specification, testing and final user sign-offAssist with New customer/supplier setupAssist with New Document type setup and developmentCoordinates all aspects of implementation and training to support new programs/system, including user documentationRecommends improved operational procedures to maximize systems efficiency.Ensures system integrity, assists in installation of technological upgrades.Performs other duties as assigned.Experience and SkillsTHE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems4+ years' experience using iSeries, RPGIII/VI, ILE, CLP, DBU, and SQLAS400 and EDI experienceAPI development a plusStrong analytical skills a mustFamiliarity with other similar providers like Ariba a plusFamiliar with translation softwaresFamiliar with direct communications as well as VAN setup and communicationProven track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve company goalsAbility to quickly build relationships with internal customersStrong leadership skills
