In this role, youwill play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products manufactured by our company. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with various teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality.You will be responsible for:Perform regular inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency and reliability in product manufacturing.Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Maintain accurate records of inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions taken.Work closely with production teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement solutions.Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for quality issues and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and standards.Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding quality issues, status updates, and recommendations for improvement.QualificationsPrevious experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing environment.Experience with GMP certification bodies such as SQF, NSF, etc. preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities and requirements.Understanding of quality control principles, statistical methods, and quality management systems
