Job Title: Quality Manager
Job Description
Management and supervision of all aspects of the quality function & QMS in an AS9100 company.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all aspects of the quality function.
Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 standards.
Conduct and lead audits in accordance with AS9100, AS9102, and ISO 9001 standards.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and handle non-conformance issues.
Ensure adherence to FAR clauses and contract Quality Notes.
Provide leadership and direction to the quality team.
Essential Skills
Experience with AS9100, AS9102 & ISO 9001 standards.
Proven experience in leading audits.
Proficiency in First Article Inspection (FAI) processes and handling non-conformance.
Degree in a related field.
2-3 years of supervisory experience.
7-12 years of inspection experience.
Background in manufacturing or production.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of FAR clauses and contract Quality Notes.
