Job Description
A financial services company is looking to hire a junior helpdesk technician to their technical services team. They are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow their career within information technology. This person is going to be responsible for managing the IT asset process for employees being onboarded and offboarded at the client. They will be coordinating employee equipment shipments, receiving of equipment returns, and equipment tracking. The individual will also be doing windows refreshes and working with end users for level 1 helpdesk needs such as password resets, requesting account information, and VPN/web connections. Strong customer service skills are important as communication with end users is essential in this role. This environment is extremely fast paced so being able to multi-task, prioritize, and make sound decisions is important. The position is required to work onsite 5 days a week in Irvine, California.

Skills and Requirements
1+ years of experience in information technology services / helpdesk
Experience working in an enterprise level environment
Experience working with ticketing systems
Experience resolving password resets, basic web connection issues, and user account information
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to handle adversity well, work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize effectively null
