Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join a team at one of Fairfield, Ohio's largest International Manufacturing Infrastructure Technology companies. This individual will provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal employees across the company. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues such as, but not limited to, password resets, connection issues, printer issues, etc.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist
Extensive experience supporting Microsoft products/ programs
Strong communication/ customer service skills
The ability to be agile and implore deductive reasoning when solving technical support issues
Experience servicing a high volume of tickets
Previous experience reimaging laptops for redeployment
The ability to research and learn independently - Diploma, Degree or certificate in computer engineering, IT or a related field null
