Insight Global is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join a team at one of the largest International Manufacturing Infrastructure Technology companies on-site in Blythewood, South Carolina. This individual will provide technical support troubleshooting to internal employees across the company. The ideal candidate will be troubleshooting issues such as, but not limited to, password resets, connection issues, printer issues, etc.

Required Skills & Experience-3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist-Extensive experience supporting Microsoft products/ programs-Strong communication/ customer service skills-The ability to be agile and implore deductive reasoning when solving technical support issues-Experience servicing a high volume of tickets-Previous experience reimaging laptops for redeployment-The ability to research and learn independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Diploma, Degree or certificate in computer engineering, IT or a related field
