Technical Support Specialist

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join the team. This candidate will play a critical role in supporting the clients needs and will be assisting with deploying new laptops and desktops to the field. They will work closely with the local office management, attorneys, lawyers, and executives to ensure they are transferring over necessary documents from their current machine to their new computer.

Compensation:$25/hr to $28/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
