is an innovative home management and maintenance company based in Washington, DC, and we're seeking a skilled full-time Lead Home Services Carpenter to join us!
This is ideal for a candidate looking to be part of a team, have a predictable schedule, and earn fair, consistent pay.
So often, we hear about technicians and contractors who have unpredictable schedules and are underappreciated for their skill set. We want to change that narrative and provide consistent, well-paying jobs where employees feel valued and enjoy working with their teammates!Starting pay between $33 - $38 per hour, with signing incentives (cash, vehicle access, or others!)Minimum Requirements:
10+ years of professional handyman, carpentry, or residential remodeling experienceIncluding 2+ years of experience engaging directly with homeowners/customersComfortable with a pre-employment background checkExperienced with a wide range of home improvement tasks, including trim carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing and electricalMust reside within a 30 minute commute of Washington DCOwn work truck needed for the positionOwn standard set of hand & power toolsComfortable fluently communicating in English with homeownersComfortable utilizing a smartphone app to manage jobs and a scope of workBenefits:
