(NAOVI) is an AA/EEO Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.Job DescriptionNAOVI is seeking a Sr. Task Manager for the following task:Primary responsibilities:Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization.Education and Experience:Requires BA/BS 10+ years of experience. A Masters degree with 18 years of experience or no degree with 24 years of experience.Experience in the following is
required :Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.TS/SCI w/Poly level clearance.
RequiredExecutive-level oral and written communication skills.Experience in all aspects of facilitating successful large Government meetings.*Candidates without the required clearance will NOT be considered for this position.*
