YOUR ROLE

Executes US market programs, brand campaigns, and marketing mix.

Provides overall brand marketing support to marketing and sales teams.

Help manage brand P&L for profitable growth.

Support actions on channel strategies and create selling-in materials.

Generate commercial innovation ideas and develop product launches with cross functions.

Analyze brand health indicators and market performance.

Help plan market research and develop concrete action plans according to results.

Support developing product/concept communication materials to use on all consumer touch points.

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree in related field; MBA preferred.

At least 2-5 years of experience in consumer product marketing.

Demonstrated leadership ability.

Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas; excellent written and oral communication skills.

Project Management experience.

Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.

Strong analytical skills.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
