Manage the Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB), Dial Professional, Direct and Indirect B2B Distribution throughout the Western RegionResponsible for developing sales plans to meet or exceed KP and margin targets within the territoryBuild and manage sales broker relationships in the territory working together to meet or exceed sales goalsDevelop and maintain relationships with strategic distribution partners and their DSR'sLead external sales teams to end user targets within the Hospitality, Foodservice, & Education VerticalsMaintain customer forecasts to ensure accuracy of product availability for the territoryTrack and manage trade spending with distributors within the territoryTravel to distributor meetings, trade shows, end users as needed to grow the business within the assigned territory of: CA, NV, NM, OR, WA, AZ, UT, CO, MT, WY, IDQualifications
