Job Summary:Carter Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Service BDC Manager to join our team in Okarche, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The BDC Manager will be responsible for managing the dealership’s Business Development Center (BDC) and ensuring top-notch customer service and sales performance.Compensation & Benefits:Salary will be commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities:• Manage and oversee daily operations of the dealership’s BDC, including scheduling, training, and performance management of BDC representatives.• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.• Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.• Collaborate with different departments within the dealership to ensure seamless customer experience.• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively communicate with potential customers.• Establish and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls, emails, and other methods of communication.• Utilize CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions.• Identify and resolve any issues or complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner.Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.• Prior experience in BDC management and/or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Proficient in using CRM systems and other computer applications.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.EEOC Statement:Carter Chevrolet is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
