General Summary & Scope•Address ITSM support issues and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency.•Recommend strategies for maximizing system usability.•Oversee process improvements within all ITSM functions.•Keep comprehensive documentation, logs, and work instructions up to date.•Design dashboards and analyze data for service level commitments.•Work with stakeholders to identify automation and business value opportunities.•Track SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and related reports for ITSM processes.•Promote service management processes aligned with ITIL guidelines.•Assist in creating user guides and training materials.•Produce reports on IT metrics and collaborate with various teams to derive insights.
