Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall responsibilities and duties:
The Executive Technical Analyst represents the Seating President and Leadership team. Is responsible for managing the Division's schedule, milestones and ensure all deliverables are available on time and have executive quality. Executive Technical Analyst will lead the preparation of all Division's executive presentations and reports and will work together with all functions to verify the accuracy of the content.
Will be responsible for the calendarization and organization of the Division's meetings with the region and the Business Group, will maintain the discipline and the governance.
The Executive Technical Analyst will understand the Division strategic planning, financial results to identify deviations and steer the reporting accordingly. Will understand the Division's footprint and main products, the organization and all Division's KPIs to be monitored in a weekly, monthly, Quarter basis.
Will track the open actions coming from the meetings and monitor that champions drive the tasks to completion. Will support with the organization of visits and corporate event planning including customer and key supplier meetings with the President, Townhalls, etc.
The Executive Technical Analyst will coordinate the President's expense approvals and manage the Division's travel budget.
The main missions of the role are:•Manage the Division president and the division's deadlines and routines•Secure the governance of the Division's reporting, will ensure the deliverables are available on time, are correct and have the executive quality prior the meetings•Manage data consolidation and Division's reporting ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency (ie: MBR, QBR, Budget, SP, BG Meetings)•Finance background to understand the Division's financial results, analysis of data to identify deviations, ability to summarize and report to the Division's president•Process Business Groups requests•Will be responsible to document meeting minutes and track open items with the responsible champions to drive to completion (ie: Monitor month closing results, Megalist, Extraordinary costs)•Develop, execute and control internal procedures for President's level spending authorizations (ie: travel, Capex) respecting Corporate policies•Special projects assignments•Will be responsible to maintain the Division's office appearance and secure necessary supplies
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Engineering field.
Experience:•3-5 years' experience in similar role
Skills & Competencies:•Excellent verbal and writing communication skills•High level of proficiency on Microsoft office, mainly Excel and power point•Competence in data analysis•Experience on executive presentations preparation•Financial background (previous controlling experience preferred)•Strong organization skills•Dynamic and high level of initiative. Capacity to take charge in the absence of detailed instructions•Ability to be attentive to all aspects of the environment while working; to monitor environment during routine activity•Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with all levels of management and international and local co-workers•Sensitive treatment of confidential information is required•Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management
