Integrus Solution is seeking a talented Structural Revit BIM Modeler to support our client's team in Lexington, KY, in delivering structurally sound, code-compliant designs across commercial, heavy industrial, institutional, and water/wastewater facilities. This role is ideal for meticulous professionals who thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and are eager to contribute to high-quality, mechanically complete projects.Responsibilities:Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the modeling and drafting of designs that meet structural codes and client specifications.Develop and manage structural construction documents, including plans, sections, and details in 2D & 3D, and smart structural schedules.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in structural Revit BIM modeling/CADDProficient in current Revit and AutoCAD; BricsCAD and MicroStation knowledge is a plus.Experienced in producing structural construction documents and adhering to BIM and National CADD standards.Familiarity with constructing Revit BIM analytical/physical models compatible with structural analysis programs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration across teamsIf you are driven to create innovative, high-quality design solutions and eager to take your career to the next level, apply today to contribute to our client's exceptional structural projects!
