2 locations available: Pearl City, HI or Yokosuka, JapanResponsibilities:Monitor, sustain and track the NTSP critical elements by defining manpower, personnel, and training requirements, strategies, constraints, risks and Technical Manuals/Technical Documents.Expertise to develop, revise, conduct annual reviews, provide updates IAW OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series), and provide recommendations to the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) N2/N6 utilizing Human Analysis & Requirement Planning System (HARPS) for all NTSPs.Create and maintain a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) for all NTSPs and adjudicate all redlines associated with newly developed and/or revised NTSPs in accordance with IAW OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series).Provide recommendations to the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) N2/N6 utilizing HARPS for the following NTSPs, and Technical Manuals/Technical Documents.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology or related training systems discipline.Working towards Training Certification in Navy's Basic Instructor Training (either NEC 805A or 9502) or a current industry standard trainer certification, such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).Cybersecurity Work Force (CSWF) qualified in 12 months.Seven (7) years of professional training experience, to include: establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.Hands-on experience with Navy Shipboard Networks to include CANES, or other TACNET systems. -Experience should include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Documentation, and Training.Recognized expert who has demonstrated expertise in C4I Networks and System Administration. Technical Training in TACNET, or other Navy C4I systems Administration and Maintenance.Active TS/SCI Clearance
