Technical training professionals with demonstrated broad-based performance in all aspects of technical training design, development, delivery, and management. Experience includes training requirements analysis and planning including development of Navy Training System Plans (NTSPs) and Manpower Estimate Reports (MERs), Technical Training Equipment (TTE) requirement analysis and management, technical training project management including budget planning and execution, training resource scheduling, weekly reports, and Program Management Reviews.
Administrative support to organize tasks, collect and collate data into approved reports and formats, collect, update and maintain process documentation, coordination of meetings, developing agenda items, attending high-level meetings, generating minutes, and tracking action items. Recommend policies, doctrine, tactics, and procedures given their past expert opinion or using analysis of actual outcomes. Provide support for Program Management Reviews (PMR) and data calls.
Responsibilities:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the following: CANES, ADNS, CENTRIX-MME, SCI-N, SubLAN, ISNS
Provide OJT instruction on TACNET operations, maintenance, and repair.
Report design, reliability, and maintenance problems to program management.
Support new system installations, integrations, and upgrades.
Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair products/equipment.
Establish testing protocols and standards, providing training and guidance to engineers and technicians.
Test interoperability of systems, measures transmission/outputs, troubleshoots and resolves issues, and maintains detailed evaluation and repair reports.
Provide innovative solutions to complex functional problems that impact function's success.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology or related training systems discipline. Must possess Training certification in Navy’s basic instructor training (either NEC 805A or 9502) or a current industry standard trainer certification, such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).
Specific Education: Cybersecurity Work Force (CSWF) qualified in 12 months.
Experience: 10 years with a Master's or 14 years with a Bachelor's degree of professional training experience, including establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
Specific Experience: Hands-on experience with Navy Shipboard Networks, including CANES or other TACNET systems. Experience should include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Network Administration, System Administration, Technical Documentation, and Training. Recognized expert who has demonstrated expertise in C4I Networks and System Administration. Technical Training in TACNET, or other Navy C4I system Administration and Maintenance.

Basic Compensation:
$85,000 to $98,000 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
