Associate Attorney - Land Use & Zoning

A well-established suburban firm is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Land Use and Zoning. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be licensed in both PA & NJ, or eligible to waive into both states. The firm is open to candidates with experience in Land Use/Zoning, Municipal law, or litigation background looking to transition into Land Use. Duties will involve representing developers, homebuilders, homeowners, and landowners, attending zoning meetings, planning commissions, and other local authorities throughout PA & NJ.
