In this role, you'll have the opportunity to directly support our CEO, contributing to Sigma's positive impact in nursing and healthcare worldwide.Position Summary:The Executive Administrative Coordinator provides essential, high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), contributing to the seamless execution of Sigma's mission and strategic priorities. This role acts as a vital liaison with the Board of Directors and key committees, ensuring clear and consistent communication and collaboration. In supporting the CEO, the Executive Administrative Assistant will help manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and maintain smooth organizational operations, fostering strong relationships and alignment with Sigma's values and vision.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Partner closely with the CEO to support day-to-day needs, including preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials, and completing other tasks as needed to support Sigma's mission and CEO initiatives.Board & Committee Liaison: Act as a dedicated staff liaison for the President, Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other committees as assigned, facilitating communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.Event Coordination: Manage the coordination of schedules, responsibilities, and logistics for the President, Board members, and CEO at Sigma-sponsored events, ensuring all engagements are effectively planned and executed.Board Operations & Communications: Support Board-related communications and operations under the guidance of the CEO, fostering transparency and unity across the organization.Financial Oversight: Assist in monitoring budget reports and analyzing financial trends for assigned committees, helping to ensure responsible budget stewardship.Logistics Management: Oversee the logistical planning and preparation for Board of Directors meetings, ensuring all elements are thoughtfully organized to promote productive and impactful meetings.Correspondence & Communication: Manage executive office communications, screening and prioritizing correspondence, and preparing responses and follow-ups as appropriate to maintain effective engagement with all stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, board members, and external partners.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills.3-5 years of executive administrative support experience required, with a preference for previous experience in an association or similar organizational environmentSigma is an equal opportunity employer
