Overview:

This role supports the Operations team by managing back-office functions related to customer field support and case management. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, resolving system problems, and assembling documentation to enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide reporting support and monitor field rosters.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and business documentation.Act as the primary contact for escalated issues, serving as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.Conduct audits for quality control, identify errors, make corrections, and recommend process improvements.Participate in special projects requiring business expertise.Qualifications:

Required : Associate's degree with 1+ year of experience, problem-solving skills, organization, multitasking, communication skills, and intermediate computer proficiency.Preferred : Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or supply chain; experience with SAP and Salesforce; advanced skills in data entry, Google Apps, MS Office, and customer service-oriented skills.
