4+ years of Business Execution or Analyst experience required
Must have hands-on experience in the following:Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite of productsFamiliarity with Agile work environmentExperience with Jira or ConfluenceAbility to lead collaborative efforts and communications between Technology and Support partners and Business GroupExperience in business systems analysis, design or SQLAbility to write and edit internal communications, including corporate and executive level communicationsExperience in Project Management and Business Analyst in related fieldExperience coordinating and conducting project meetings, presentations and status reportingAbility to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with team members and managementDemonstrated ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending and resolving complex team member needsAbility to independently navigate and problem solve a broad scope of challenges, and to recognize when escalation is necessary.
