Senior Systems Analyst needs 3 or more years working with Windows and Linux Operating Systems
Senior Systems Analyst requires:
3 or more years working with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems - Mobius preferred3 or more years working with Windows and Linux Operating Systems3 or more years working with Oracle Databases.Proficiency with scripting and automation - ie Batch, Postman, or PowerShellProficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) of complex technical issues.Developmentsupport experience in Java using Spring Framework platformDevelopmentsupport experience in Microservices using containerization and cloud technologies.Proficiency with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace or GrafanaPreferred Skills:
Experience with ITIL applications such as ServiceNowProficiency with Webserver technology, Apache Tomcat preferredExperience with MainframeExperience with network load balancing such as F5Experience with creation and administration of Sharepoint and ConfluenceAbility to handle complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changesAbility to work with multiple business and IT partners in a production support and/or development roleDetailed oriented and collaborativeSenior Systems Analyst duties:
Work on Production issues and to provide timely diagnostics, recommendations and resolution.Interface with upstream and downstream applications and business operations teams on issues and problems.Identify areas of improvement in end user support, implementing automation and monitoringInterpret and appropriately triage IT issues reported by usersCreate monitoring dashboards and individual monitoring tests to ensure timely notification of production issuesLearn new technologies as requestedParticipate in an on-call rotation and respond to afterhours issues as needed.
