Remote Senior Systems Analyst requires:

3 or more years Developmentsupport experience in Java using Spring Framework platformLocations; NJ, NY, TX, NC, IL3 or more years Developmentsupport experience in Microservices using containerization and cloud technologies.3 or more years working with Windows and/or Linux Operating SystemsExperience Database CRUD operations for problem solving, reports and restarting jobsExperience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace or GrafanaProficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) of complex technical issues.Preferred Skills:

Experience with enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems - Mobius preferredExperience with containerization and OpenShiftExperience with scripting and automation - ie Batch, Postman, or PowershellExperience with ITIL applications such as ServiceNowProficiency with Webserver technology, Apache Tomcat preferredExperience with network load balancing such as F5Ability to handle complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changesAbility to work with multiple business and IT partners in a production support and/or development roleDetailed oriented and collaborativeRemote Senior Systems Analyst duties;

Work on Production issues and to provide timely diagnostics, recommendations and resolution.Interface with upstream and downstream applications and business operations teams on issues and problems.Identify areas of improvement in end user support, implementing automation and monitoringAble to interpret and appropriately triage IT issues reported by usersCreate monitoring dashboards and individual monitoring tests to ensure timely notification of production issuesLearn new technologies as requestedParticipate in an on-call rotation and respond to after hours issues as needed.
