Position Summary:
The SQL Developer is responsible for ensuring the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse. This includes designing integration solutions, reporting solutions and supporting .Net Developers. The SQL Developer will also be responsible for the maintenance, tuning, and backup of each database and/or server.

Designs, analyzes code, optimizes, and maintains Microsoft SQL Server databases, tables, stored procedures, indexes, triggers, data extraction, transformation, and validation.The ability to develop SSIS packages to address complex business needs as well as troubleshoot and maintain existing SSIS packages.Works closely with application developers and business division to define requirements for advanced database designs.Provides advice and guidance on database good practices.Provides input on systems architecture.Follows all security practices and identifies areas and processes where performance and security can be improved.Makes and justifies recommendations for improvement.Continuously tunes and optimizes SQL Server databases. Ensures that code and other deliverables adhere to company standards.Provides all required additional support to development, quality assurance, and production support teams.On-call status is a requirement of the position.Works on special projects as needed.Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or higher in Computer Software Programs (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Development) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred . Four to ten years' related experience and/or training required. Two years of experience in design, development, and maintenance of database/server.
Must be familiar with home loan mortgaging and business rules such as: loan modifications, Short Sale, Deed in Lieu, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Server 2012 to current, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, Relational Database Design, and T-SQL, Dynamic SQL. Experience in Azure SQL Server and Azure Data Factory or relevant cloud experience is a plus. Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS and Fiserv preferred.
