Senior Consultants
who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; developing and strengthening domain knowledge and maintaining an accurate understanding of Cognizant's industry propositions and consulting capabilities; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings (e.g., Strategic Control Points, development of consulting assets); and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects. ResponsibilitiesExpertise in Omni-Channel Order Management area as a product manager including defining product roadmap, curating product feature list; managing backlog of enhancements and user storiesWorking in agile delivery programs as a product owner / process specialist collaborating with business and technology teamsEnd-to-end implementation exposure from design through deployment in solutions such as Manhattan DOM or Active Omni; IBM Sterling Commerce Solution is highly preferredHands on experience in designing, training and implementing order management technology solutions in retail environmentUnderstanding of broader supply chain processes and technology landscape in retail industry with experience in one or more of Inventory Management; Order Management; customer support, returns management or logistics will be a plusTechnology savvy with exposure in querying and analyzing large datasets inventory and supply chain dataExperience in leading client workshops, discussing detailed business requirements to drive productivity in these processesExcellent communication skills, ability to lead discussions with clients in a fast-paced environment, process mapping and requirements gathering, documenting user stories, SOPs and functional documents including training content in OMSParticipate and contribute to business development effortsParticipate and contribute to practice competency development
