We help industry-leading companies reinvent their business models and innovate technology products that create new value by connecting people with things, insights, and experiences.Responsibilities:Act as an interface between the Business teams and technical teams to determine key design/process decisions and contribute to the overall delivery plan.Document as-is business processes, design-to-be processes, and implement solutions on the ETRM platform - Endur.Contribute and take ownership for various project-related tasks/planning activities as the program evolves.Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes.Detailed knowledge of trade life cycle in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) domain with focus on US Natural Gas market.Hands-on experience on all Endur modules - deal modelling, new market setup, reference and static data, settlements desktop, DMS, and report builder, etc.10+ years of Endur/ETRM experience.Good understanding of US gas markets, pricing, scheduling, settlements, etc.Professional Qualifications and Skills:Any Graduation/ MBA.10 to 16 years of work experience.Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis - business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, and user stories.Majority of experience should be in business consulting in either of the following domains: Commodities Trading, Derivatives/Capital Markets, Gas and Power utilities.Preferred Skillset for ETRM:Exposure to front office functions of ETRM trading landscape - deal capture, deal pricing, hedging, PnL, Valuation, Derivatives, confirmations.Exposure to middle office/Operations functions of ETRM trading landscape - Close of business, risk reports - VaR, PNL, MTM, Credit risk and logistics functions like gas scheduling, pipeline management, storages, optimization, shipping, tank optimization, etc.Exposure to back office functions like invoicing, settlements, and accounting.Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until
November 15th, 2024 .The annual salary for this position is between
$98,853.00 - $158,500.00
depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits:
