Primary Duties:
Support Sales Managers with any sales related processes including sales, customer account creation and maintenance, reporting, Salesforce.com assistance, vendor registration, quotations, IDN/GPO contract administration, etc.
Ensures all necessary documentation for contract creation and instrumentation processing is accurate and provided in a timely matter Sales Contracts Specialist.
Manage CPQ approval queue, follow up with approvers, and generates completed quotes.
Assist with various levels of sales documentation (account setup, vendor forms/ registration, etc.).
Respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and Bids within 24 hours.
Work with various departments to resolve issues, such as shipping, materials, production, finance and legal.
Assists with pricing maintenance.
Assist with management of salesforce.com CRM, and SAP ERP.
Generate any requested sales reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills, & Experience:
2 year’s sales administration, customer service, sales support or related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with ERP and CRM systems.
Basic knowledge of customer accounts
