$60,000 - $80,000Position Overview:Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support their team with administrative and project-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience in construction project administration, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. The Project Administrator will play a key role in facilitating the smooth execution of construction projects and will act as a central point of contact for project updates and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Support Project Managers in coordinating and tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesPrepare, organize, and maintain project documents, including contracts, permits, and change ordersHandle project billing, invoice tracking, and ensure timely payment processingCommunicate regularly with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflowAssist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant updates for stakeholdersQualifications:Proven experience in construction project administration or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Exceptional communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with document tracking and project management software is a plusDetail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
