Role: Senior UX/UI DesignerDuration: 6 Months Contract to HireLocation: Chanhassen, MN 55317Required Skills & Experience-5-8 or more years of related work experience-Strong communicator - effective presentation and storytelling skills-Advocate for experience design, user-centered design philosophy, and best practices (i.e. patterns, design systems, accessibility)-Expert in the channel(s) you will be designing, including all ancillary skill sets to deliver not just good, but functional design (accessibility, responsive, native mobile, content management systems).-Proficient with design tools (Figma is required) to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams-Familiar with working in an established design system and agile development teams-Solution-oriented mindset - creative use of technology and alternative approaches. No is not in your vocabulary-Demonstrate ability to work across design processes e.g. user research, user experience design, UI design and specifications-Collaborate effectively with Product Management, Engineering and Operations teams -Portfolio of your workNice to Have Skills & Experience-Bachelor's Degree in a related field-Experience doing design work for a luxury brandJob DescriptionAs a Senior UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for designing high quality solutions that put the customer at the center and achieve outcomes that move our business forward. You work directly with UX/Creative, Product Strategy, and the Mobile team to develop solutions that achieve our customer and business needs.Job Responsibilities:-Help translate existing brand design system into compelling, high quality interactive experiences-Craft above and beyond designs that provide business impact while accounting for technical feasibility-Participate is every aspect of the design process through ideation, definition, exploration, execution, and iteration-Collaborate with UX/UI designers giving and receiving feedback on design decisions-Partner closely with user research to understand opportunities for innovation and improvement-Contribute to key areas of our design systems-Deliver design assets for acceptance, development, and delivery to market in partnership with engineeringExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Compensation: $60hr to $75hr
