We hope you'll join us and see what the smiling pink whale is all about.You Will:Participate in the daily development of print and digital marketing materials for our website, email, signage, social media, and wholesale partners.Collaborate with the Creative Team to brainstorm creative 360 marketing campaigns for seasonal designs and partnership collaborations.Work with cross-functional partners to assist in creating, editing, and delivering effective creative marketing materials.Take on ad-hoc projects as needed.Willingness to share and contribute creative ideas.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.Experience with Adobe Suite programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience with After Effects is a bonus.Must have strong design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and the ability to design for both digital and print. Illustration and animation skills are a bonus.3-5 years Experience in designing digital & print marketing campaigns for retail brands.Candidates must have strong time management skills, be well-organized, talented, and able to balance multiple projects at once. In addition, they should be enthusiastic, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, have a "can-do" attitude, and have strong attention to detail while being comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Proactive in their approach, look for opportunities to improve upon existing structures, and find creative ways to utilize best practices.Demonstrate the ability to carefully listen to others' feedback at all levels of the organization and adjust appropriately.
