We are seeking a qualified Gastroenterologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a healthcare facility in the state of Virginia, located in a central area. ERCP and EUS are mandatory; must be comfortable performing these advanced procedures during on-call shifts.Key Responsibilities:Provide locum coverage for gastrointestinal (GI) services at the hospitalPerform necessary GI procedures, including ERCP and EUS, for inpatient careManage GI emergencies and provide consultations as neededWork collaboratively with the hospitals healthcare team to ensure high-quality careProvide weekend coverage (Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday, based on availability)Participate in call coverage 7 AM to 7 AMQualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in GastroenterologyCurrent, active medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain licensureDEA and CSR certification requiredProven experience with ERCP and EUS proceduresComfortable with Meditech (knowledge of Expanse a plus)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Pay PackageTravel & Lodging:
